Big shifts are possible even with small changes in routines. As the saying goes, “health is wealth”, and in this age of the pandemic, every calorie of fitness counts in making us feel better and safer. Our mission is to assist you on this journey.
A particular realization that I have arrived at in recent times is about Maslow’s Hierarchy of needs.
At the lowest level, you write about a disconnected set of topics. Basically, anything that comes to your mind. For example, why were the ancient Egyptians so obsessed with building Pyramids?
The next level is where you talk about a particular topic: fitness, health, mindfulness. Writers on these topics are more than avid amateurs who love to talk about issues, helping others on their journeys.

The key takeaway for me was — Do not be afraid to confuse your readers upfront. You don’t need elaborate setups to introduce your characters. Dump them all on stage and re-arrange in front of the audience. If done correctly, that emerging clarity can be euphoric.
