Recently, I tried a long Yoga stretch during an online training session. It was one of the best training sessions because the Yoga kept me pretty present during the entire exercise. A gamified approach to your core
This particular device is a crowning achievement for targeted advertising. One of the Facebook ads featured this device. It has been a good purchase though. It attempts to gamify the plank exercise to improve your core strength. The device allows you to place your phone in a recess. The app that goes with this device has a set of games that you can play while holding a plank pose. It is a perfect way to unwind at the end of a meeting.
